Come support Memphis' newest improv group, Running Gag, a division of the Memphis Theatre Project, in its second performance after a successful debut before Memphis audiences last week.
Running Gag was formed in May 2006 as an addition to the landscape of local improv groups because of the growing audience for improv.
This is a great group of collegians and 20-somethings with a love of improv and irreverence.
They were weaned on "Whose Line Is It Anyway," "The Upright Citizen's Brigade" and "Kids In the Hall."
Individually, they have graced the stages at White Station High School, Lausanne Collegiate School, Theatre Memphis, Rhodes College, Christian Brothers High School, St. Agnes Academy, St. George's High School, Morgan Woods Theatre, West Tennessee Community College, the University of the South, University of Southern Mississippi, Opera Memphis, Little Theatre of Crittenden County and University of Memphis Opera.
Come see Ashley, Davis, Josh, Ranetta, Robert and Shaleen ... Improv by people you may actually know.
